An art streamer invoked the “Alinity defense card” to avoid getting banned while drawing a lewd image on her channel.

Controversial Twitch streamer Natalia Mogollon, otherwise known as “Alinity” has gotten herself in some hot water as of late. Last July she received an intense amount of backlash and criticism when she threw her pet cat over her shoulder while streaming Apex Legends. Around the same time, videos of her feeding vodka to her cats surfaced. Fans and viewers rallied together to get Twitch to ban the 31-year-old female streamer in a campaign that even caught the attention of PETA. However, Twitch, whose platform has become notorious for banning streamers left and right, turned a blind eye at this display of animal cruelty.

But these displays are not Alinity’s only vices. The streamer has also been known to use the n-word while streaming and has had her fair share of “wardrobe malfunctions” as well. These actions have been known to get other Twitch streamers banned in the past. However, Alinity has managed to mostly avoid suspension from her channel.

Despite Alinity’s continued presence and success on Twitch as one of the most popular female streamers with over 990,000 followers, people haven’t forgotten her past actions. Including art streamer “39daph.”

“39daph” is a 21-year-old art streamer on Twitch. On August 2, she decided to stream an instructional video on Twitch, showing her fans how to draw an anime girl. All was going well in her stream when all of a sudden she reached the female’s bust area. As she approached the chest, 39daph looked up at the camera, a look of shock on her face. “Ooh. Might get banned!” she exclaimed, feigning fear. “Gotta put up my defense!” she joked, continuing with the act.

Suddenly, 39daph’s image in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen was replaced with a screenshot of Alinity.

After a few seconds, 39daph removed the photo of Alinity, revealing her face once again, and continued on normally with her stream.

39daph’s channel is still active at this time, so it can be argued that her “Alinity defense card” actually worked after all.
