With the PlayStation conference just around the corner it, seems that Sony has been quite the busy bee, going ahead and registering a bunch of trademarks for a number of intellectual properties. The first is one you may well all know of: the Shadow of the Colossus. Another is called The Inpatient, and there are a few more.
So what exactly are they hiding, and why try and sneak these through now? It is apparent that Sony has plenty to show us later on tonight.
The actual classification of The Inpatient does leave much to the imagination; it’s registered under Class 41 which means it can pertain to any software online and not necessarily a game in particular.
There are more titles as well, with multiple language variations on the english version of That’s You being one that has received multiple trademark registrations. This is purported to be a party-style videogame. according to chatter on NeoGaf.
Whatever it all means for Sony and the PlayStation, my anticipation levels have just gone through the roof!
