Season 1 reloaded has recently gone live in Warzone 2, with it came a host of new features including new operators, a new assault rifle and the exciting return of the map Shipment.
A new update, in the popular Battle Royale game also means some changes in the way game plays, as well fixes to weapons etc. The latest patch brought into Warzone 2 has led to Semtex being nerfed.
Has Semtex Been Nerfed in Warzone 2?
Prior to the patch if you stuck an opponent with Semtex, the opponent used to go down. Getting a direct hit now isn’t an instakill, despite how challenging it is to do so. Sticking an opponent is a skilled move, so it being nerfed has caused some frustration from the community.
One of the reasons this has caused frustration was the lack of communication regarding the change. Despite the recent update being public, this change to semtex was not mentioned in any of the patch notes released alongside Season 1 Reloaded.
There has been no comment from publisher Activision.
