Plastic and not quite fantastic: for all its good the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 8.0 doesn’t stack up in light of the competition out there. It’s still a decent offering, but for our money Samsung’s not got as tight a grip on this market sector when considering the Nexus 7 and Apple iPad mini.
