A few months back, SCS Software revealed that the next state coming to American Truck Simulator‘s growing world map would be none other than Montana, the Treasure State. Similar to recent expansions like Idaho and Colorado, Montana is a big state with lots of beautifully untouched scenery due to its smaller population. SCS shined a light on some of that scenery in its latest news update on Montana’s progress. SCS listed a handful of settlements in Montana that players will be able to drive to and through in American Truck Simulator, such as Bozeman, Kalispell, Laurel and Sidney....

The Sonic Frontiers marketing train keeps chugging along, today revealing the Cyber Space levels for the first time. During the Nintendo Direct this morning, Sega offered a small tease on what’s to expect. In short, Cyber Space levels call back to older Sonic games. Sonic Frontiers‘ Cyber Space levels are more your traditional Sonic fare. They’re shorter, linear Zones in which you race to the end all the while destroying familiar enemy bots....

I never realized how much I wanted a mashup of Yakuza and Streets of Rage until today. As part of its 60th anniversary celebration, Sega is releasing four retro-inspired mini-games all for free. The first one, Armor of Heroes by Relic Entertainment, is available starting tomorrow. Sega is dropping hot, fresh content for 60 days, including artwork, interviews, competitions, and more at the anniversary site. And that’s great and all, but god damn I need Streets of Kamurocho in my life right now....

When Shadow Of The Tomb Raider was released, it was pretty much a no-brainer that I had to pick it up (though confession, I did wait for the Black Friday sale). Tomb Raider was one of the first games I got into, playing it on a family PC in the ‘90s—actually, one of my earliest memories is crawling under shooting arrows and swimming in the Croft mansion. Shadow of the Tomb Raider developer Eidos Montreal has pumped out another trailer for the upcoming action-adventure sequel, this time highlighting the game’s crafting system. If you’ve played any of the previous Tomb Raider reboot titles then you’ll have a good idea of what to expect. Lara can nab supplies from fallen enemies and around the environment, which can then be used to craft special ammo or ability-enhancing recipes to give you a boost....

The show thrives on how the difficult neighborhood has helped define the Gallaghers and their attitudes in a lot of ways. The announcement was sent to all registered users of the ShinyLoot site, and also appears on the company’s forum. Sindel is ready to jump into Mortal Kombat 11 and looks more impressive than ever before. The newest addition to the roster of fighters arrives in early access on November 26 for those who have purchased the Kombat Pack of DLC fighters, and a week later for individual purchase. As expected, Sindel faces off against Nightwolf in the gameplay reveal trailer about their last encounter where he sacrificed himself to stop her evil plans in the story mode of Mortal Kombat from 2011....

If you realize you missed a side-quest in Skyrim, it probably is not that surprising. The game is huge in terms of not only the map, but also in story content. There are some quests that are quite easy to get while others are pretty hidden. This is greatly due to where the quests are located. Casual players do not typically explore the entire map of Skyrim. If you are hardcore, though, and have explored the whole map, then it is likely you were one of the few players who have completed these hidden quests....

Snake’s Japanese voice actor Akio Otsuka has reportedly asked fans not to cancel their pre-orders of Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain following the ongoing controversy between Hideo Kojima and Konami. In a tweet posted yesterday (translated by Google and @JunkerHQnet), Otsuka is said to have asked fans to stop boycotting the upcoming game, saying: “The TPP team is the same, so please don’t cancel preorders or encourage others not to buy it....

A recent report claimed that a sequel to Sonic the Hedgehog is happening, but actor Ben Schwartz says he’s heard nothing of the sort… yet (via GameSpot). “I literally have heard that we just haven’t gotten green-lit yet,” said Schwartz to Collider. “All I know is they said, ‘The second we get green-lit, we’ll tell you.’ And I have not heard anything yet. Sony Worldwide Studios chief Shawn Layden has confirmed that the format holder will host its annual E3 showcase on the evening of Monday, June 11. Atlus West and Sega have announced Soul Hackers 2, a JRPG sequel coming to the West this August. The game is the follow-up to 2013 Nintendo 3DS title Shin Megami Tensai: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers. That game was a subseries of Shin Megami Tensai spinoff Devil Summoner, but thankfully it appears to have dropped the all the other titles for the much catchier Soul Hackers 2 moniker. This South Park review contains spoilers. South Park Season 23 Episode 7 The idea that South Park, now 23 seasons deep, can reboot itself twice within seven episodes is a gag you can really fall in love with on a surface level. The execution of storylines beyond the intros to Tegridy Farms and this week’s reboot, PC Babies, has left a lot to be desired, though. “Board Girls” certainly fixes some of the criticisms we’ve had this season....
