She-Ra Season 4 is back to being a full thirteen-episode season and with this comes good and bad things. The good is the half season method Netflix has been employing with DreamWorks’ shows has been annoying. These seasons were produced to air as thirteen episode installments and cutting them in half ruined the intent of the writers. It made the pacing feel uneven and you’d usually get one half with a lot of set-up and another half with most of the payoff....

Oh, what a twist of fate this is. Anyone familiar with Riot Games, especially League of Legends, was expecting the Arcane-original antagonist Silco to make an appearance in Runeterra at some point. After all, such a villainous personality shouldn’t be sidelined to one show. But in a twist of fate, it’s not League of Legends where he is dropping first. A Splatoon 2 demo will be available to Nintendo Switch owners during a three day Splatoon 2 Global Testfire event beginning March 24, Nintendo has announced. Final Fantasy VII Remake director Tetsuya Nomura has affirmed that the developer is working on the second installment in the remake’s series (via DualShockers). The Final Fantasy VII Remake isn’t only a remake. It’s stuffing in a lot of new content but not at the expense of the original story and setting. Square Enix will achieve this through stretching and splitting the Remake into a series of games instead of one re-release....

The Nier series will be celebrating its 10th anniversary next year and Square Enix has opened a website specifically for the occasion. The existence of this site has led fans to suspect that an announcement about a future title is coming soon. The first Nier title was released in Japan and Australia on April 22, 2010. Chronicling the different landmarks of the games, the existence of this very site could mean that more Nier is coming....

Square Enix’s Shuichi Kobayashi has suggested that fans ‘wait a little longer’ for the announcement of Star Ocean 6, after the sequel was a no-show at the recent Star Ocean Fes 2018 (via Gematsu). Speaking during a Star Ocean Program live stream, Kobayashi-san acknowledged that fans are eager to see a new entry in the long-running series, since it’s been a few years since the last game, Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness, hit stores in 2016....

Following Star Trek: Resurgence’s official unveiling at The Game Awards in December, developer Dramatic Labs has debuted seven minutes of gameplay footage from its sci-fi narrative adventure, ahead of its release on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC later this year. Dramatic Labs, if you’re unfamiliar, was founded by controversial former Telltale Games boss Kevin Bruner (who was accused of “cultivating a culture of fear” while at the now-defunct studio in a Verge report dated 2018), and includes around 20 former Telltale employees....

Indie farm-simulator Stardew Valley released nearly 4 years ago, but developer ConcernedApe has kept the free content updates coming. Luckily for fans, the next of these content updates will launch for PC tomorrow morning. This latest content update, dubbed version 1.4, adds a slew of new features with many focused on improving the multiplayer added in patch 1.3. The new update will also bring a new map called “Four Corners” that is intended for multiplayer farms....
