Bandai Namco Games has confirmed that Siegfried will be strutting his massive sword and flowing blonde locks in this year’s upcoming SoulCalibur VI. Having divided his role as the main hero and villain across various SoulCalibur titles, Siegfried is one of only four characters to have the distinction of appearing in every major game in the franchise since Soul Edge. Siegfried’s story picks up after he took a pasting from Kilik while transformed into his Nightmare guise, where he finds himself in an unknown location and plagued by memories of being a puppet to the legendary sword....

Square Enix has filed three new trademarks in Japan: Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade, Final Bar Line, and Labyrinth Striker. Fans are already speculating what these could be for. Of course, Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade is already out on PS5 and PC. This trademark indicates incoming news for the game: perhaps a Steam or Xbox release? Director Tetsuya Nomura suggested that Final Fantasy 7 news is incoming next month as part of the game’s 25th anniversary celebration....

The Android version of Stardew Valley will launch on March 14, creator ConcernedApe has announced. While it doesn’t feature any multiplayer support, Stardew Valley for Android will include a revamped user interface and menu system, touch-screen controls, plus all of the improvements that have been released for the game to date. Rocket League’s Anniversary update is now live, featuring the new arena Champions Field, new customization options, the beginning of Competitive Season 5 and a sprinkling of Rick and Morty content to boot. While Batwoman Season 2 is officially on the CW schedule for January 2021, when it returns, it will have a different actress in the title role. Ruby Rose announced that she is leaving the series, for reasons that haven’t yet been made clear. Sackboy: A Big Adventure is the 2020 Little Big Planet, and now, the previously exclusive PlayStation game is making its way over to PC. Players can jump into Sackboy: A Big Adventure on PC via Steam on October 27. It now joins other titles like God of War, Horizon Zero Dawn, Marvel’s Spider-Man, and Days Gone. Sackboy: A Big Adventure may be a bit smaller in scope compared to the rest of the games, but it’s another step toward bringing more of Sony’s games to PC....

Saints Row is back, in a 2022 reboot that sees developer Volition bring the series up to date with an enhanced in-house engine. Bandai Namco released a new trailer if its upcoming action game SD Gundam Battle Alliance. The trailer is the third of the series introducing the mobile suits available in the game, and this time around we get to see the actual SD Gundam, the sentient ones who don’t need a pilot. Among them, we see the classic trio Musha Gundam, Knight Gundam, and Command Gundam, on top of three more inspired by Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Liu Bei Unicorn Gundam, Cao Cao Wing Gundam, and Sun Jian Gundam Astray....
