South Park: The Fractured But Whole’s upcoming DLC, From Dusk Till Casa Bonita, will roll out across PS4, PC, and Xbox One on March 20, Ubisoft and South Park Digital Studios have announced. Developed by Ubisoft San Francisco, the expansion adds a fresh campaign for the fart-tastic action-adventure sequel, including a new superheroes class. The story itself is as barmy as you’d expect, and focuses on a group of bloodsuckers who have taken over Casa Bonita, which just so happens to be Cartman’s eatery of choice....

We get to meet “DUMA,” a mysterious entity with advanced intelligence and consciousness. It’s associated with the serial number 004213 and it looks like a machine, but it’s actually a life form. Its purpose is unknown, but it decides to accompany the heroes for some reason. DUMA can grant supernatural abilities to each person it accompanies....

Although Claudia Gray’s new Star Wars novel, Master & Apprentice, is the first of a new crop of Prequel stories, it feels regressive. Gray previously penned Bloodline, one of the most well-crafted Star Wars books of the new canon, but Master & Apprentice can’t compete with Bloodline’s tense reveals. Instead, it’s flat, even as it investigates some big topics like Jedi prophecy. In the book, which is set many years before The Phantom Menace, Qui-Gon and Obi-Wan are sent to negotiate a treaty on the planet Pijal....

The poster, which teases a space combat game involving X-wings, Y-wings, A-wings, TIE fighters, Star Destroyers, and more, is pretty amazing, too. Bethesda Softworks released a new video dedicated to its upcoming sci-fi RPG Starfield. The video stars Composer Inon Zur and Audio Director Mark Lampert as they talk about their respective work with the game, from music to sound design. You can check it out below. The accompanying press release also came with a comment from Zur himself. Starfield will release on Nov. 11, 2022, for Xbox and PC. You tend to go from NPC to NPC, accepting or returning quests, or gathering more information. Sometimes you’ll chat up a shopkeeper, other times a king. There are a lot of spoken lines of dialogue in franchises like The Elder Scrolls or Fallout, but Starfield is set to eclipse both. The developers are planning on creating a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 that’s true to the original, keeping the main themes that have built such a large cult following. Expect to see the post-apocalyptic sequel in 2012.
