Sonic Adventure director Takashi Iizuka has revealed during an interview with Retro Gamer (via Nintendo Life) that he’d be up for remaking the 1998 Dreamcast platformer. The Sonic Team head honcho noted how the Blue Blur’s 3D debut was created as a showpiece for Sega’s then-new hardware, and was quite unique for the series given its multiple scenarios and mini-games. However, he acknowledged that it’s a little rough around the edges by today’s standards....

Strategy shooter spin-off of the popular Steamworld Dig series Steamworld Heist is set to make its way to the Nintendo Switch before the end of the year, developer Image & Form Games has announced today. Street Fighter 5’s real-money currency will not be ready in time for the launch of the game’s first DLC character ‘Alex’ next week, Capcom has announced. To make up for it, the character will be given away to all players as a “free trial” until the functionality is introduced. UPDATE 15/3/22: Rockstar says it has successfully fixed the issue preventing players from migrating their GTA Online progress from PS4 or Xbox One to the newly released enhanced PS5 and Xbox Series X/S version if they’d previously migrated to PC. “The issue blocking GTA Online profile migration of PS4 and Xbox One accounts that were previously migrated to PC has been addressed,” the company wrote in a tweet shared by its official support account, adding that migration “is now working as intended”....
