There are many captains in the Star Trek franchise. Lots of different people have put on that Starfleet uniform and sat in that fancy chair. They’re the face of the franchise and you can tell how a show or movie will turn out by the person in command of the starship. Whether they’re going to be daring, diplomatic, or dangerous. Most of the captains we’ve seen on screen have proved steady hands, but not every person named “Captain” really lives up to that title....

The Disney era of Star Wars is full of fantastic new droids, including BB-8, Rogue One‘s K-2SO, and L3-37 from Solo: A Star Wars Story. And these are just a few of the many droids that have made the galaxy far, far away such a fun place to visit over and over again. Star Wars Battlefront has shipped over 13 million units since launching in November, EA has announced, beating the publisher’s original expectations. The figure includes around 1 million copies bundled with the limited edition Star Wars Battlefront PS4 console. EA had initially expected Battlefront to sell between 9-10 million units by the end of March 2016, but ramped up its target to 13 million just prior to release. The sales were also correctly estimated by industry analyst Michael Pachter, who said earlier this month that he believed sales were in the region of 12-13m units....

Steins; Gate Elite has been delayed in the US and UK, with Spike Chunsoft confirming at the Anime Expo 2018 the game has been booted out of 2018 and into early next year. Due out on PlayStation 4, PC, and Switch, Steins; Gate Elite features some extra goodies depending on your platform of choice. The PS4 and PC versions will ship with a spruced up version of Steins; Gate Phenogram, which features 10 additional stories penned by writers including Kotaro Uchikoshi....

Today Capcom announced a new collaboration between its upcoming fighting game Street Fighter 6 and the Japanese fashion brand Onitsuka Tiger. According to the press release, the collaboration originates from Onitsuka Tiger’s focus on the potential of eSports to create a society without borders where everyone is accepted regardless of age, gender, nationality, or disabilities. As Japanese brands, Capcom and Onitsuka Tiger aim to create culture by honoring tradition while adding new things to it....

Future titles from Rockstar Games will be revealed soon, Take-Two has confirmed as part of its year-end financial results. SEGA has announced that SEGA Mega Drive Classics will be landing on Steam for the PC. The console version is set to release on 29 May and the PC version sometime after.
