Rebellion has dropped a new Marksman gameplay trailer for upcoming shooter Sniper Elite 5 ahead of its launch this May. The new footage comes with some further details on the game’s weaponary. Sega has released a new story trailer for Sonic Forces, which gives us a little bit of backstory to the game that’s out on November 7. Kaz Hirai, Sony chairman and the man who once told the world that PlayStation 3 ‘will retail for $599,’ has announced he is retiring from the format holder this summer after 35 years. He’ll leave his role on June 18, although Sony management has requested that he acts as an occasional ‘senior adviser’ for the PlayStation manufacturer. Last year, Hirai stepped down as Sony CEO, and was replaced by Kenichiro Yoshida....

Zombie-blasting survival game State of Decay 2 will be launching on Xbox Game Pass on May 22, Microsoft has announced. This puts it out the same day you can grab it at brick-and-mortar retailers, keeping in line with the company’s pledge to have first-party games out on Xbox Game Pass on launch day. Also coming to Xbox Game Pass next month is Laser League, which hits the digital distribution service on May 10, while Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 arrives on May 1 and will be available for a kick about until August 31....
