This week, Sony has started rolling out the new PlayStation Plus service with its various tiers including classic games such as PlayStation 1, 2 and PSP titles. Today Atlus released the inevitable daily trailer of its upcoming JRPG Soul Hackers 2, focusing on one of the demons that will appear in the game. This time around the trailer reveals Lamia, a demon that has been part of the series since the very beginning, including the recent Shin Megami Tensei V. As usual, the trailer also includes the daily horoscope displaying Scorpio at the top of the fortune ranking and Gemini at the bottom....
PlatinumGames’ Hideki Kamiya has been tweeting about a new God Hand game, because… of course he has (via Resetera). Oddly enough, God Hand holds significant sway over PlatinumGames, because a couple of former Clover Studios developers went there to make Bayonetta, Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, and Vanquish with very similar combat systems. Hideki Kamiya said that he would be interested in a “super” sequel to God Hand, because he isn’t busy enough on Bayonetta 3, The Wonderful 101: Remastered, and Project G....

The final boss of Forspoken has leaked online ahead of the game’s release tomorrow. Last week the game’s opening leaked, showing Frey’s early hours in the land of Athia. Today Square Enix released new trailers of the upcoming Star Ocean JRPG Star Ocean: The Divine Force. This time around, we get an introduction to Marielle L. Kenny and Malkya Trathen two of the playable characters of the game. Marielle is the first officer of the Pangalactic Federation’s battleship Astoria and she fights with guns, as the trailer immediately shows. Malkya is the leader of the Trathen and has known heroine Laeticia since her childhood....
Luke Skywalker has shaped so many lives out there that not only people from this generation, but some born in the late-1950s, will label Luke as their hero. The character’s heroic nature resulted in Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope becoming a smash hit and on its way to the then-highest-grossing film of all time. Today, Sayonara Wild Heart’s developer, Simogo, announced it will partner with Annapurna Interactive for its upcoming projects. This partnership will expand the capabilities and resources at the disposal of the Swedish developer. Additionally, joining forces with Annapurna won’t affect the studio’s creative liberty. According to its official communication, Simogo will remain an independent studio. The studio’s operations will continue to take place in Malmö, Sweden as well.
